Our candles are made to order as we want to ensure we consistently have candles available for our customers.
The lead time to creating each candle is as follows:
- Each candle requires 2 weeks cure time (time allotted for the wax and fragrance to combine beautifully to present a strong scent when lit - hot throw)
- Candles are shipped at the 1.5 week threshold so each customer is able to light their candle upon arrival

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you with the appropriate return address.
